The 4th UK and Republic of Ireland ACBS ACT and Contextual Behavioural Science (CBS) Online Conference is coming up very soon on the 16th and 17th of November. Conferences are a place to rapidly learn and update yourself on the cutting edge research and practice within the ACT and CBS world. They are  also fantastic opportunities  for students and trainees to hear about the exciting developments that are taking place to be inspired as you embark on your career.

However, given the current climate, it is not easy to access funding to attend conferences, especially for students and trainees. As such, Contextual Consulting  will be sponsoring five free  places for students and trainees to attend the conference (worth £115 each). This will be both to attend the live conference online and receive full access to the recording of the sessions for viewing afterwards.

Who is eligible?
  • Any student or trainee who is currently studying in a field where ACT is used, for example, occupational therapy, psychology, physiotherapy, medicine, counselling or coaching.
  • Preference will be given to anyone currently working in a volunteer capacity.
How do I enter?

Send your CV (a brief one-page CV will do) to: admin@contextualconsulting.co.uk   with “ACBS Conference Sponsorship Entry” in the subject line.

After the conference, we will ask you to write a brief summary of your highlights in the conference that can go out in social media.

The closing date is Tuesday the 10th of November. Winners will be announced on Wednesday the 11th November.
