The competition can be entered on the Contextual Consulting Instagram page by liking and commenting/tagging the promotion post.
Entrants must be following Contextual Consulting on Instagram at the time of entry and winners selection.

The competition opens on 15th January 2026 and closes at 23.59 UK GMT on 19th January 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
No responsibility for entries not received
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason.
Right to amend or cancel
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside the promoter’s control or any breach of applicable law or regulation. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
The prize
The prize is one audiobook copy of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: 100 Key Points and Techniques” in audiobook format. You will need a Spotify account to claim. No physical item will be shipped.
No cash or alternative prizes will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.
The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
Winner notification
The winners will be announced on Contextual Consulting Instagram story and winners tagged. Winners will also be notified via direct message within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner’s account has privacy settings preventing DM contact, they may need to message us first within 3 days of the announcement.

Prize delivery
The promoter will contact the winner first and then arrange a 100% discount code for Spotify to be used to purchase the audiobook. The code is for a one-time use only.

The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
