We will cover the key pieces of theory and the evidence, discuss some of the practical ways to build psychological flexibility methods into your coaching practice, and give you an experiential taster of a key ACT tool and technique.

Dr. Joe Oliver is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and founder of Contextual Consulting, the leading provider of ACT training in the United Kingdom. He has working for over 20 years as a practicing psychologist and is currently a programme director at University College London. He also runs a busy London-based private practice, offering ACT coaching and consultations. He is co-author of the book, Acceptance and Commitment Coaching.
Hazel Anderson-Turner is a Business Psychologist who has been used ACT intensively throughout 2020 when supporting the NHS with resilience coaching. Hazel has developed a specialism in workplace resilience and uses ACT techniques within her leadership masterclasses and team resilience workshops.
