Ben Sedley
Dr Ben Sedley works as a clinical psychologist in private practice in Wellington, New Zealand. Over the past 20 years of clinical work he has worked at a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, Victoria University of Wellington Clinical Psychology Programme, Massey University Student Counselling service and at an IAPT CBT service in West London. Ben is also the author of a book introducing ACT ideas directly to teens – Stuff That Sucks,: accepting what you can’t change and Committing to what you can (Little, Brown / New Harbinger) and co-author of ‘Stuff that’s Loud: A Teen’s Guide to Unspiralling when OCD gets noisy’ with Lisa Coyne (Little, Brown / New Harbinger). Ben lives with his wife and three wonderful, noisy kids.
