ACT therapist guide to self-care e-book

We are very excited to have produced this and we hope you find it interesting and useful. Self-care is such an important issue for anyone, and especially so for therapists are practitioners.

We know it’s not always easy to “practice what we preach” so to speak. So, here are our ideas and thoughts about this topic – written by two ACT practitioners with boots on the ground, who sometimes struggle with this whole self-care business, but also believe also really important.

The covers our personal stories with self-care in how we work. We include our Top Tips for ACT Therapists to maintain self care. And ideas about how we can foster our own psychological flexibility.
