Emotion efficacy therapy (EET)- reading list

Emotion efficacy training (EET) is an approach that aims to help individuals develop the skills and strategies to effectively manage their emotions. The goal is to enhance emotional awareness, regulation, and expression in order to improve overall well-being and interpersonal relationships.
