ACTivate image copyAcceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) is a revolutionary, modern approach to behaviour change, combining mindfulness and values-based action to transform lives.

More and more coaches are using ACT to take their practice to the next level, helping their clients to become more flexible, resourceful and responsive, even under the most challenging of circumstances.

Exciting recent developments have focused on the use of ACT interventions in the workplace. Research has shown ACT to be highly effective in multiple areas: from improving performance, job-satisfaction, innovation and motivation to increasing resilience to developing transformational leadership behaviours.

In this workshop you will:

  • Learn how to use and adapt mindfulness for the workplace to build psychological flexibility – the ability to engage in valued behaviours even in the presence of unwanted thoughts and feelings
  • Find out how to help clients in taking committed action in service of their goals, using the power of habit to create sustainable change
  • Learn new ways to enhance your clients’  skilful responding to thoughts and feelings
  • Increase skills to positively impact on leadership behaviours
  • Develop a powerful and extensive toolkit to take straight into your practice
