Louise Hayes is the founder of DNA-V. She is a clinical psychologist, researcher, author (and a certified Buddhist meditation teacher in her spare time).
Louise has trained more than 10,000 professionals in ACT. She is the author of four books: The Thriving Adolescent, Your Life Your Way, Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life for Teens, and the adult book What Makes You Stronger. Louise is an ACT peer-reviewed trainer and is well known for her innovative and engaging workshops. She is the Past President of ACBS and Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at La Trobe University.
Louise runs a not-for-profit and takes professionals into the Himalayas to develop their mindfulness skills and raise funds for children in remote Nepal. Louise keeps her training real and practical because she is also an active clinician working with adolescents and adults.
Louise is the creator of the ACT values cards, which are available for purchase here. When you purchase a set of these cards, the proceeds are donated to The Pearl Lotus Fund, a not-for-profit endeavour that supports children in remote villages in Nepal.
