Grow your confidence and skill in ACT through group-based supervision
Whether you’re new to ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) or looking to deepen your practice, our group-based ACT supervision offers an online collaborative space to grow, reflect, and refine your skills. Led by experienced ACT practitioners, our supervision groups are designed to support you in applying ACT principles with confidence, creativity, and clinical integrity.
Each group provides a safe, supportive environment to explore real cases, strengthen psychological flexibility, and connect with like-minded professionals. We believe that learning ACT is not just about theory; it’s about experiential practice, shared insights, and guided reflection.
