Who the ACT pathway is for

This series is designed for mental health professionals who want to develop confidence and depth in acceptance and commitment therapy. It suits:

  • Psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, mental health nurses, social workers, OTs and other helping professionals who use talk-based interventions.
  • Coaches and wellbeing practitioners who already have some experience supporting clients with behaviour change.
  • Anyone new to ACT who wants a structured journey from first principles to skilled, flexible use of the model in real clinical work.
  • Practitioners with some ACT training who want to fill gaps, refresh their knowledge, and move toward dynamic, process-based practice.
