About our approach
Our approach is highly practical in helping you to develop the skills you need to tackle the issue you are currently facing. We use both cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT psychotherapy) methods. Both of these approaches focus on helping you to get unstuck and get your life back on track again.

Accessing our service
We will come back to you within 24 hours to arrange an appointment. All of our sessions are offered online and we don’t currently offer face to face sessions. We also offer we free telephone consultation with one of our therapists to discuss your personal requirements and options. We don’t operate a waiting list, which means we can quickly offer you an initial appointment, often within a week.
Fees
- If you are paying for therapy sessions yourself, the standard fee for either an initial consultation or therapy session is £160.
- We ask that payment is made before the consultation. Payment can be made with, Cash, Cheque or BACS.
- We are registered with most major insurance providers. Including AXA PPP, Aviva, Pru Health, WPA, Cigna and other insurers.
Cancellation policy
A minimum of 2 business days’ notice is required for cancellations. Less notice than this means we will have to charge you the full fee (unless we can fill your space).
