Sessions with Susie

Dr. Susie Rudge is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in the NHS, academia, charities, and private practice. Susie’s therapeutic approach is evidence-based, drawing upon a range of techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion-Focussed Therapy (CFT), with a focus on Mindfulness skills-building where appropriate.

Susie’s collaborative, warm, and empathic approach is centred around helping you identify, formulate, and address your challenges. She understands that everyone’s journey is unique, which is why she works with you to draw upon your strengths and resilience, supporting you in taking necessary steps towards achieving your agreed-upon therapeutic goals.

What kinds of difficulties does Susie work with?

Susie has experience working with a range of difficulties, including mild to severe anxiety disorders (such as OCD, social anxiety, health anxiety, and phobias), depression, trauma, bereavement, and adjustment to difficult life changes and challenges. Additionally, she has experience working psychologically with physical health diagnoses such as insomnia, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and other long-term health conditions. Susie also has additional training and experience in the psychological treatment and management of adult ADHD.

Consulting Times

Mondays and Tuesdays: 9:30am – 3pm

Wednesdays 8:30am – 3pm

Monday and Wednesday evenings: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Duration of sessions: 50mins

Fees for Sessions with Susie

If you are paying for therapy sessions yourself, the standard fee for either an initial consultation or therapy session is £160.

We ask that payment is made before the consultation.

Payment can be made with, Cash, Cheque or BACS.

Susie is registered with most major insurance providers, including AXA, Bupa, Aviva & Healix and other insurers.
