Sessions with Sarah

Dr Sarah Lloyd is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience working primarily in the NHS, but also charity, research and private settings supporting people experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. Sarah draws on a number of models and ideas to inform her practice and is especially passionate about CBT and its third wave approaches including ACT and Compassion Focused Therapy. She is also able to offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy) .

She approaches therapy from a compassionate, authentic, non-judgemental stance.  Sarah offers assessment, formulation and psychological intervention to adults and adolescents transitioning to adulthood.  

What kinds of difficulties does Sarah work with?

Sarah is experienced in working with a broad range of clinical presentations including anxiety (e.g. generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD) and depression as well as supporting  people through difficult life circumstances (e.g. divorce, bereavement).  She has specialist knowledge working with people experiencing psychological distress within the context of physical health difficulties and has an ongoing interest in work-related stress and burnout.

Fees for Sessions with Sarah

If you are paying for therapy sessions yourself, the standard fee for either an initial consultation or therapy session is £135.

We ask that payment is made before the consultation.

Payment can be made with BACS.
