Sessions with Sarah

Dr. Sarah Lloyd is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting people experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. Sarah has primarily worked in the NHS, but also has experience in charity, research, and private settings. She draws on a range of models and ideas to inform her practice, with a particular passion for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and its third-wave approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy. Sarah is also skilled in using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) for addressing trauma-related issues.

Sarah believes in approaching therapy with a compassionate, authentic, and non-judgmental stance. She offers assessment, formulation, and psychological intervention to adults and adolescents transitioning to adulthood.

What kinds of difficulties does Sarah work with?

Sarah has experience working with a broad range of clinical presentations, including anxiety (such as generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, and OCD) and depression. Additionally, she is skilled in supporting people through difficult life circumstances, such as divorce and bereavement. Sarah also has specialist knowledge in working with people experiencing psychological distress within the context of physical health difficulties, and has a keen interest in work-related stress and burnout. Fees for Sessions with Sarah

If you are paying for therapy sessions yourself, the standard fee for either an initial consultation or therapy session is £160.

We ask that payment is made before the consultation.

Payment can be made with BACS.
