Dr Natasha Avery is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who obtained her doctorate from University College London in 2010. She has over 10 years’ experience of working across a range of mental health services within the NHS. Natasha specialises in adult mental health, and currently works as a senior clinician across NHS secondary care services that support individuals in their recovery from severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
Whilst predominantly using a cognitive-behavioural approach, Natasha integrates a number of models into her work including systemic thinking and mindfulness-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Natasha works with clients individually, with families, and particularly enjoys running therapeutic groups and psycho-educational workshops.
Natasha works individually with adults experiencing a range of issues including: anxiety disorders, depression, stress, trauma, personality disorders and low self-esteem difficulties.

Fees for Sessions with Natasha
If you are paying for therapy sessions yourself, the standard fee for either an initial consultation or therapy session is £160.
We ask that payment is made before the consultation. Payment can be made with BACS.
Natasha is registered with most major insurance providers, including BUPA, Aviva, AXA Health and other insurers, although currently only has limited insurance spaces available.
