Access all ACT – prize draw terms and conditions​

  • The prize: 1x 12month pass to access all Contextual Consulting online courses​
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.​
  • Entrance is via our competition form held at: https://contextualconsulting.co.uk/uncategorised/access-all-act-free-prize-draw and open between 3rd June 2024 – 9th August 2024 inclusive.​
  • The winner will be selected at random from all entries and contacted via our email address (admin@contextualconsulting.co.uk) by 21st August 2024.​
  • The prize must be redeemed between 21st August 2024 and 28th August 2024 and the pass will be valid from 1st September 2024 until 31st August 2025. No alternative date or prize will be offered. ​
  • Live workshops between 1st September 2024 until 31st August 2025 must be booked and attended live within the 12month access window. E.g. An October 2025 course therefore will not be eligible despite being on sale during the pass eligibility window. ​
  • Live workshops that are booked within the offer period but not attended will receive recordings into their account and remain there for 6 months from the original workshop date. ​
  • The prize is valid for one person and the access pass must not be shared, or courses recorded or distributed.​
  • This competition is open to aged 18 years or older.​
  • The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for any other goods or for monetary value.​
  • The Promoter of this competition is Contextual Consulting, Oakmoore Court, Kingswood Road, Droitwich, WR9 0QH​
  • The Promoter takes no responsibility for any costs, expenses, loss or damage suffered by the winner arising out of the use of the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.​
  • Entry implies acceptance of these rules.​
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition where it becomes necessary to do so.​
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising under these terms and conditions.​
