Meaningful work – Counselling at Work, the quarterly journal of BACP Workplace

A team of counsellors and psychologists in the NHS wanted to improve psychological health and resilience among staff. Using acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), they delivered experiential training to promote wellbeing.
