This video with Ross McIntosh explores the challenges leaders face and how ACT provides practical tools to enhance awareness, authentic action, and adaptability. Ross discusses how leaders can create their own unique style that aligns with their core values, and how skills like pausing gives them times for reflection and to adapt. This flexible, empowering approach to leadership nurtures courage, authenticity, and resilience.
