It can be really frustrating if you are faced with a limited ability to live your values, but acceptance and commitment therapy practices within coaching can help people understand and identify those feelings. The discomfort actually means that it is part of the persons values and something they really care about, which can be both empowering and engaging, as they can then work out how to make positive steps towards their values, even within challenging contexts
