MICHAEL TWOHIG is  a licensed clinical psychologist and Professor in the Department of Psychology at Utah State University and is internationally recognised for his work on ACT, particularly in the treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and other related conditions. Michael draws on behavioural and contextual approaches, including ACT, CBT, and exposure-based therapies with a focus on treatment effectiveness and understanding mechanisms of change.
